Place brownies in a square pan, all touching (8x8) and trim excess. In a mixing bowl, first blend together the sugar and the peanut butter until smoth, then fold in one tup of the cool whip. Once the mixture is fluffy, pour over the brownies, smoothing out the texture. Cover, and chill if the refrigerator at least 3 hours, or until formed. Before serving, top with remaining tub of cool whip and chocolate curls.
