First introduced to product some years ago through an article in the Wine Spectator. Now long time customer because quality is excellent and consistent, shipments arrive on time in excellent condition and gift recipients give positive feedback. Just today someone commented on their disappointment because they had received a lovely potted plant instead of their much anticipated Christmas brownies from a favorite relative. I gave Fairytale Brownies as a Sympathy gift to a good friend of mine who lost her father. I sent these in place of flowers to the family home and they were very much appreciated and shared. My dear friend's birthday is at Thanksgiving time and every year I seem to botch her big day by forgetting about it. This year, I planned ahead and had a custom order of Sprites delivered before the big day. Their website allows you to order in advance then you pick the delivery time. She LOVED THEM!! She's still talking about them. I still botched it by not calling on her birthday (aka Black Friday), but the brownies sweetened her up and she told me regardless I was in first place this year, finally.

We have been buying Fairytale Brownies for years now. Used to mail it in but now do it on the computer. It is easy, fast and very convenient.
