Fairytale Brownies is now hiring for Seasonal Shipex Support Team Member.

Duties:

• Using a variety of computer applications, resolve package delivery issues
• Communicate with customers and vendors via email and/or telephone
• Update database with corrected address/recipient information
• Maintain customer confidence and ensure information security by keeping information confidential per department and company security protocol
• Work with Customer Service and Corporate sales team
• Receive and resolve returned packages
• Process reships
• Process address correction fee charge when applicable
• Assist with other department tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Professional telephone skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must possess strong work ethic, be dependable, punctual, and commit to completing the season
• Available to work additional hours as needed including mandatory overtime
• Available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays as needed
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Integrity, honesty, and efficiency
• Qualified candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment background screening
