Fairytale Brownies is hiring a full-time Retail/Shipping Team Member

Duties
  • Provides support for the shipping team leader and team leader assistant by helping with the training and guidance of new team members.
  • Performs daily packing and shipping procedures to ensure the fulfillment of all orders in a timely manner.
  • Performs all retail store opening / closing procedures and changes the retail store displays regularly to coincide with holidays and special occasions.
  • Provides support to the shipping team.
  • Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Performs an accurate inventory count of all packaging and shipping materials.
  • Pre-packs stock gift items to maintain required inventory levels.
  • Shares in the responsibilities of maintaining a facility that is cleaned properly and kept in compliance with all HACCP, Health Department and Kosher requirements.
  • Computer skills (accurate typing, spelling, grammar) helpful for order entry at the retail counter and for using the shipping computers.
  • Contributes to maintaining a safe work environment at all times.
  • Benchmarks “reject” brownies for quality control purposes.
  • Contributes to the team effort by assisting in other departments as needed.
  • Performs all of the above duties to the best of one’s ability, and with the utmost integrity, honesty and efficiency.
  • Able to supervise a team of seasonal team members.


Fairytale Brownies is hiring a full-time Information Technology Support Specialist

Qualifications
  • Substantial experience configuring, testing, supporting and maintaining network servers running Windows and Linux operating systems and other network hardware, as well as user workstations and printers.
  • Substantial experience providing end-user technical support as well as managing and following up on support issues.
  • Grounded understanding of SQL and relational database concepts and familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Basic experience with the PHP programming language and PHP web applications running on Apache web server.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and concepts to a business environment.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize projects and carry out multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to easily articulate and convey ideas, solutions, and recommendations to other technical and non-technical team members.
  • Experience with Ecometry software and Mail order industry concepts a strong plus.
  • Ability to proficiently perform the duties listed below.
Duties
  • Work in a cooperative team environment, providing assistance to IT Team and other teams on a variety of information technology related projects.
  • Assist in configuration, testing, support, and maintenance of local area network, network servers running Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000 Server, and various flavors of Linux, user workstations running Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP Professional, and Mac OS X, printers, and other hardware.
  • Configures and maintains user account information and security in various systems, including Active Directory.
  • Assist in configuration, testing, support, and maintenance of various server software and end user software applications, including Terminal Services, Citrix Metaframe, Apache web server, Exchange Server, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Assist in support, testing, and troubleshooting of Ecometry order fulfillment system, Microsoft SQL Server database, and custom developed PHP web applications and automated programs.
  • Perform basic programming tasks, such as writing or modifying database reports and stored procedures using SQL, and debugging PHP scripts.
  • Assist in configuration, testing, support, and maintenance of telecommunications equipment.
  • Recommend improvements or alternatives to existing systems and processes and assists with the implementation of new projects.
  • Schedule and coordinate service, repair, support, and installations performed by outside vendors.
  • Respond swiftly and cordially to user requests for support and regularly surveys end users to maintain quality assurance.
  • Maintain documentation of support issues, configuration changes, research, systems development, and systems operation.
  • Utilize existing documentation, online resources, user communities, and vendor technical support to resolve support issues and research opportunities for systems improvements.
  • Provide systems training to end users as needed.
  • Work overtime, up to 68 hours/week, possibly during evenings or nights, for the first 3 weeks of December, each year.
  • Be present at our headquarters in Phoenix, AZ during work hours.
  • Contribute to company team effort by assisting in other departments as necessary
