INGREDIENTS:
6 full-size Original or Cream Cheese Fairytale Brownies
4 oz. cream cheese
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 cups thawed cool whip
1 cup milk
2 packages (4 oz) instant vanilla pudding
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pumpkin pie spice
DIRECTIONS:
Break up brownies and press them to form a crust lining a 9-inch pie plate. Soften cream cheese in microwave on high for 15 seconds.
Mix cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping, then spread on bottom of
crust. Pour 1 cup milk into bowl, then add the pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended (1-2 minutes). The mixture will be very thick. Stir
pumpkin and spices with whisk and mix well. Spread over cream cheese layer. Garnish with chopped pecans or walnuts, if desired. Refrigerate
at least 3 hours before serving.
