INGREDIENTS:
Crust:
1/2 dozen Original Fairytale Brownies
Filling:
1-8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
1 cup sugar
1 cup chunky peanut butter
1 cup whipping cream
2 teaspoon vanilla
Glaze:
1/2 cup whipping cream
10 oz. semi sweet chips
1/2 cup roasted peanuts
1 jar of caramel sauce
DIRECTIONS:
Finely crumble the brownies and mold into a 9 inch pie pan - set aside.
FILLING: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, add peanut butter, mix well. With clean beaters, whip
cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Add to peanut butter mixture. Put into the pie shell.
GLAZE: Simmer remaining 1/2 cup of whipping cream in medium saucepan, add chocolate chips, Stir until smooth. Cool until lukewarm. Spoon over filling.
Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Freeze.
Serve with caramel sauce.
