INGREDIENTS:
12 Chocolate Chip Fairytale Brownies
3 c. shredded coconut
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 c. raspberry preserves
1 1/2 cups Jumbo Cashews, chopped
3/4 c. white chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
Crumble brownies and press with your thumbs into bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan.
Sprinkle with coconut; Pour condensed milk evenly over coconut and brownies.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned; cool for 15 minutes.
Drizzle raspberry preserves over coconut layer; chill for 3-4 hours.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Melt white chocolate and drizzle over bars.
Chill.
Cut into bars.
