Shipping Team Member

• Perform all aspects of fulfillment, including, but not limited to the following: assembly of work orders, shipping and ship confirmation and gift building.
• Participate in Monitoring and leading seasonal team members during peak month
• Perform an accurate inventory count of all packaging and shipping materials.
• Pre-pack stock gift items to maintain required inventory levels.
• Share in the responsibilities of maintaining a facility that is cleaned properly and kept in compliance with all HACCP, Health Department and Kosher requirements.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Benchmark daily gifts made by lot codes; daily gifts shipped by lot codes as well as “reject” brownies for quality control purposes.
• Contribute to the team effort by assisting in other departments as needed.
• Perform all the above duties to the best of one’s ability, and with the utmost integrity, honesty and efficiency.

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work in an environment of temperature change from normal to below freezing.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, as required, including but not limited to overtime and weekends, especially during the peak.
