A Note from Fairytale Brownies

In a business that’s all about spreading joy, it’s no surprise that your health and safety is a top priority! In response to COVID-19, we want to be transparent about how we're keeping our customers and employees happy and healthy.

As a bakery, we’ve always taken food safety and hygiene incredibly seriously. Our kitchen strictly adheres to all industry Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and achieves Superior ratings on annual inspections from AIB International.

All Fairytale Brownies products are individually wrapped. At this time, the FDA has no reports suggesting COVID-19 can be transmitted by food or food packaging.

Due to high demand, our shipping carrier may delay delivery by 1-2 business days.

Outside our existing meticulous food safety standards, we’re taking proactive measures to keep every inch of our facility safe. This includes:

  • Increasing cleaning and sterilization throughout the facility, with extra emphasis on high traffic and high contact areas like door handles, counters, tables, chairs, and restrooms.
  • Reinforcing proper handwashing procedures and installing hand sanitizer dispensers at employee entrances.
  • Encouraging social distancing among staff, such as avoiding physical contact and cancelling non-essential meetings and events.
  • Enforcing all CDC guidelines at our retail location. Samples will not be available at this time.

We’re following all guidance from the CDC and WHO and listening carefully for further updates. The health and safety of you and your gift recipients means the world to us — you can trust us to do our part.

Are you still open?

Yes, our retail location is open. We are enforcing all CDC guidelines and masks are required to enter the store. We encourage you to order by phone and request in-store pickup.

Our online store is always open as well. We are fulfilling and shipping orders as normal.

Are there any shipping delays?

Due to high demand, our shipping carrier may delay delivery by 1-2 business days.

I scheduled a gift for future delivery. Will it still arrive on time?

Currently, yes. We’re still shipping as usual. If this changes, we will let you know.

Is it safe to order brownies?
