CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADER

Duties:
  • Reports directly to Corporate Sales & PR Team Leader
  • Facilitates the development and maintenance of a positive, friendly, and professional Customer Service Center; Is leader In customer satisfaction and upholds the same standards of superior service to all team members
  • Successfully addresses customer complaints and resolves problems
  • Assists team In Increasing sales and markets Fairytale Brownies through Inbound calls, web requests, and Sales Stage lists using effective telephone selling techniques, email, written correspondence, quotes, samples, and proposals
  • Collaborates with Corporate Sales team and provides support with orders, quotes and customer inquiries
  • Coordinates and responds to all external reviews In a timely manner
  • Assists team and oversees accomplishment of objectives and closing sales
  • Oversees daily order processing
  • Pure Chat administrator
  • Oversees seasonal staff hiring and training
  • Makes effective Independent decisions regarding day-to-day Issues
  • Involves team members in collaborative or team-empowered decisions based on company guidelines
  • Ensures an efficient training program Is in place and that work resources are reviewed and updated as needed
  • Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and Improve Customer Service functions
  • Manages operations of the outsourced call center
  • Prepares annual team budget and monitors operating costs and resources
  • Performs all the above duties to the best of one's ability and with the utmost of integrity, honesty, and efficiency

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years management/ team lead experience with a successful track record of service focused results
  • Outbound telephone sales experience
  • Uphold and consistently demonstrate the core values of Fairytale Brownies
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management, written, and oral communication skills
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Proficient In all Microsoft applications with advanced skills In Excel; ability to manipulate, Import, and analyze data is recommended
  • Adaptability
  • Flexible to work additional hours when needed, and ensures proper team scheduling to adequately cover internal and external service needs
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work on feet
  • Must be eligible to work In the U.S.
