These are a great item to surprise my husband. I travel a lot and when I'm not home to bake I send these and they are like a brownie hug :-) Much more yummy than flowers.

I can't say enough about your wonderful products and your stellar customer service!! Having purchased your brownies in the past, I knew they would be a fantastic Valentines Day gift for my mother and both of my daughters families (that includes 5 grandboys). One of my daughters and my mother both received the brownies on time and each said the brownies where "Heaven". My daughter in North Carolina didn't receive hers on 2/13 due to horrible weather. But when the weather cleared, there was still no delivery due to some kind of problem with UPS. Concerned, I called customer service. I spoke to JO WHITTLE. She was sooooo helpful and sent out another shipment even though the problem wasn't the fault of Fairytale Brownies!!! The Brownies arrived and my daughter and her family were THRILLED, especially the grandboys ages 3 and 1. I can't thank Jo enough for everything she did for me!!! The next gift I sent was a thank you to my realtor after I purchased my first house. She was so great to work with and I wanted to send her something her family could enjoy. She got a brownie/cookie combo and everyone loved it. Just this week, another coworker got brownies to enjoy while recovering from surgery. She described them as ?ridiculously good?!
