They say opposites attract, and we say its because they complete each other. Take vanilla and chocolate for example—two halves of an irresistible dessert whole. What could be a better pairing for our rich, decadent dark chocolate brownies than fluffy and light vanilla cream?
With that thought in mind, we combined the two to create a delicious Vanilla Cream Brownie Pie. Many cream pie recipes call for chocolate cream filling, but we think the vanilla cream brings out the richness of the fudgy Belgian dark chocolate crust for an even more amazing dessert experience.
