Finely crumble the brownies and mold into a 9 inch pie pan - set aside.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, add peanut butter, mix well. With clean beaters, whip cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Add to peanut butter mixture. Put into the pie shell.
Simmer remaining 1/2 cup of whipping cream in medium saucepan, add chocolate chips, Stir until smooth. Cool until lukewarm. Spoon over filling. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Freeze. Serve with caramel sauce.
