Cannoli Brownie Pie

Cannoli are delightful Italian pastries made of a crispy shell with a sweet, creamy filling traditionally made with ricotta cheese. Often dipped in chocolate chips, these delicious desserts have gained international popularity.

For this no-bake Cannoli Brownie Pie, we take rich and velvety cannoli filling and pair it with a Belgian chocolate brownie crust made with our fudgy Original Magic Morsels. For even more chocolate in your brownie crust, try our rich Chocolate Chip Morsels.

Ingredients:

  • 24 Original Magic Morsel Brownies
  • 2 cups Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 8oz. package Cream Cheese
  • ¾ cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pure vanilla
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips, plus more for topping
  • 8 oz whipped topping

Optional:

  • 1 ½ teaspoons fresh orange or lemon zest

Instructions:

  1. Lightly spray a 9-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray; unwrap Magic Morsels and press firmly into the pie plate to form a crust.
  2. Mix ricotta, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth.
  3. Fold in zest and chocolate chips.
  4. Pour into the prepared brownie crust and spread evenly.
  5. Cover pie with whipped topping — either pipe it with a decorator tip to be fancy or simply spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the top of the pie with more chocolate chips.
  7. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
